Spring 2024 We are growing and now have two treatment rooms. This means more appointments availability.

-Brenna Shuldhaus, PT, offers evening hours Tuesdays and Thursdays 4 - 7 pm and day time hours on Wednesdays.

-Janine Mak, PT, is seeing clients Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. She offers physiotherapy & Clinical Pilates physiotherapy sessions. Janine also offers pre and post natal exercise classes. Click here to learn more about classes

-Anne-Marie Fafard , PT & DOMP, is offering pelvic floor physiotherapy and manual osteopathy therapy appointments. She is treating on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Activities for Women We wrapped up our backcountry skiing activities for women on April 22, 2024. We are now looking at organizing hiking days for women for this summer. Women's Health Retreat

Retreat for women to improve women's health and connection with ourselves, other women and nature.

Anne-Marie Fafard PT & DOMP

Anne-Marie graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy in 1996. She has worked in the field of women’s health and treated pelvic floor dysfunction for more than 20 years. She has a special interest in obstetrics and has attended births as a doula. She completed her manual osteopathy studies with the Canadian College of Manual Osteopathy Practice (Vancouver Campus) in April 2015.

Anne-Marie has worked both in Alberta and the province of Quebec. She has worked in hospitals and private practices. Anne-Marie enjoys helping families grow healthily while feeling supported. She believes the transition to parenthood is important and deserves better support. She enjoys helping mothers, fathers, babies, toddlers and children to thrive.
